"Rachel is exceptionally responsive. And unfortunately I'm a bit demanding as I have kids constantly moving in and out of my home. I seem to have to update my policy more than most and I never hear a complaint. I can contact Rachel via phone, email, or text and I always get a response within 12-24 hours."

"The Rachel Williams State Farm agency was our home and auto carrier for several years. We never heard from Rachel after leaving her messages; the other staff did all the follow ups. We had significant hail damage from a recent storm and asked the agency to help us. They denied our home claim, even though we had a leaking roof, and ended up dropping us even the carrier did not pay anything to help us. We have since went with an insurance broker, and apparently this is State Farm's approach to other customers if any claims are made, to simply drop customers."

"Hi Anne, I just checked our call and voicemail history with your and your husband’s phone numbers. It looks like you called on 5/10/24 and 5/15/24 and left voicemails asking for claims status. Brent, our customer service manager, returned your calls on both days to assist. We have offered appointments to review policies over the years as we do with all of our customers, and those appointments were declined. We offer those appointments so that customers know exactly what coverage they have, when to file claims, etc. If a customer’s claim frequency is higher than average, State Farm underwriting may make the decision to non-renew. With 5 claims filed in a year’s time, underwriting did have to make the unfortunate decision to non-renew your policies. I am sorry you were not happy with your experience. We wish you the best of luck going forward with your new carrier. "

"Rachel and Brent at State Farm have been absolutely amazing to work with! Having a new driver in the house, our car insurance skyrocketed. After having two brokers search over 15 different insurance companies, we could not find good rates at all. Then I was referred to Rachel and her team. They were able to Save us hundreds of dollars on our car insurance with excellent coverage! They were also able to get me even better coverage that I had on my homeowners insurance policy!
